Opinion
I am grateful for all the assistance that my family has received in relocating to another residence from Peabody Apartments. Ms. Consuela Combs called me one day and explained to me she was going to be my family advocate for the next four years. At first, I didn’t know what exactly she was saying. We started talking and we hit it off.
I’m thankful for all the Peabody employees who helped my two youngest children and me to relocate. I am very happy with my new place in the Farley Homes. I have three bedrooms, bath, dining and kitchen. I am grateful for the money that was given so that we could have an easier move. The money paid for transference fees, and I was able to do a little something for the kids and me.
Consuela Combs was right there from the beginning to the end of the move. Ms. Combs is a family-oriented person, and I like that. She listens to me and what I have to say and she will tell me if she’s not able to do what I ask her; she comes on time and she doesn’t leave me stranded. Also, whatever she and I talk about or discuss, she keeps it confidential. I really like her and she’s a good person and good to talk to.
Thank you, Ms. Combs, for being my family advocate.
