GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

WHO:  Integral Properties, LLC (IP) is the Developer for the new Peabody Apartments located at 27th Street and Talbotton Road, Columbus Georgia. IP is scheduled to commence construction activities at Peabody Apartments in the fall of 2005.

WHAT:  Integral Properties, LLC (IP) intends to enter into a contract with one (1) qualified general contractor (“Contractor”) to provide utility construction at each of the following sites the new Peabody Apartments and East Wynnton Neighborhood. The Contractor shall be a licensed utility contractor with approval to perform work in Columbus, Georgia. The scope of work for construction services at both locations include but are not limited to: capitol improvements such as water, sewer, storm, site lighting, streets, curb & gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, earthwork, and surveying.
